A private assistant for your own calendar, tasks and files.
Personal Workspace is a self-hosted AI assistant. It runs on a private server operated by its owner and works only for that owner - organising schedules, keeping track of ongoing work, and reading and preparing files on request.
What it does
Calendar
Reads upcoming events, creates and updates entries when asked, and keeps the owner aware of what is coming next.
Tasks
Keeps a working record of open items, decisions and deadlines across long-running projects.
Files
Reads documents the owner points it to, prepares new ones, and organises material in the owner's own storage.
How it is built
The assistant runs as a single-tenant service on a virtual private server. It connects to Google Calendar and Google Drive through Google's standard OAuth flow, using access the owner grants explicitly and can withdraw at any time from their Google Account settings.
It is not a product with user accounts, sign-ups or a shared platform. There is one operator and one user, and they are the same person.
Access to Google data
Personal Workspace requests the narrowest Google permissions that its current features need, and nothing beyond them. Google account data is used only to carry out the owner's own requests - never for advertising, never for resale, and never to build profiles.
The Privacy Policy sets out exactly which data is touched, where it goes and how access is revoked. The Terms of Service describe the terms under which the service is provided.
